Certification Fees
Submission Fees:
All companies submitting their BIA for verification for the first time are subject to a one-time Submission Fee of US$350. This fee enables B Lab to focus resources and review processes on companies that are committed to the B Corp Certification. Companies who meet the performance requirements for B Corp certification may use the submission fee to offset the first year B Corp Annual Certification Fee.
Annual Certification:
To finalize certification, companies sign the B Corp Declarative of Interdependence, sign the B Corp Agreement, and pay your annual certification fees in accordance to your company annual revenue as per table on the right.
